Refund policy
1. Returns & Exchanges (Non-Custom Items Only)
This applies to standard, non-custom items only.
Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may be for size, colour, or item of equal value.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.
2. Custom-Made Products (Strictly Non-Refundable)
All custom-made products are produced strictly according to the specifications, dimensions, and artwork provided and confirmed by the customer prior to production.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct before confirmation.
Once an order has been confirmed and production has started:
- No cancellations
- No refunds
- No exchanges
- No changes
Custom items are non-refundable as they are made specifically to order and cannot be resold.
3. Client-Supplied Designs (Printing Services)
If you supply your own artwork or files for printing (including stickers, labels, business cards, UV DTF prints, or similar):
All files must be final, print-ready, and approved by the customer before production begins.
Once printing has started:
- No refunds or reprints will be issued for customer-supplied errors
We are not responsible for:
- Spelling or design errors in customer files
- Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork
- Alignment, sizing, or layout issues present in the submitted file
- Design expectations that differ from supplied artwork
By submitting artwork for printing, the customer confirms full responsibility for the final design.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is proven to be:
- Damaged during production or delivery
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and details.
We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, arrange a replacement or reprint at no cost.
